Born to an Italian immigrant family, Pat Pascarella has a love for authentic Neopolitan cuisine that runs as deeply as his roots. He grew up savoring the traditional Italian cooking of his mother and grandmother, and it wasn't long before he found himself training under James Beard Award-winning chefs and helming his own kitchens throughout Connecticut, New York, and Atlanta, Georgia. Pat is Executive Chef/Partner of The Porchetta Group in Atlanta, which includes The White Bull, Grana, Bastone and Alici.

James London, a Charleston native, came up cooking in barbecue and Southern restaurants in South Carolina. Upon enrolling at the College of Charleston Chef James decided to pursue his passion in food and began to work full time in fine dining restaurants while pursuing a double major at the College. Once he graduated he made the leap to New York City where he enrolled at The French Culinary Institute. After graduation James went on to work with Chef Josh Dechellis before becoming the Executive Chef at Niko, a fine dining Japanese Restaurant in Soho. After his time in New York, James ventured West to San Francisco where he led the kitchen at The Elite Café, a Creole restaurant in Pacific Heights. James eventually made it back to Charleston where he opened Chubby Fish, a dock to table seafood concept that has taken the city by storm. Chubby Fish has garnered a Best New Restaurant nod from Bon Appetit, was ranked #7 Restaurant in the US from Food and Wine Magazine, and James was a Finalist for Best Chef Southeast by the James Beard Awards in 2024.

More than just cooking and writing, Jonathan finds passion in traveling and learning as much as possible to bring the world insightful, thoughtful, and delicious recipes. With recipes and techniques rooted in his southern upbringing and obsession with fresh ingredients, Jonathan wants you to be able to cook an amazing meal to feed the people you love and expand their world view via food and ingredients.

A 2024 James Beard Awards nominee and 2023 semifinalist, Chef Hunter Evans discovered a love for cooking while working in the kitchens helmed by acclaimed chef John Currence while pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management at the University of Mississippi in Oxford. Hunter continued his training at the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY. While enrolled at the CIA, Hunter staged at some of NYC’s top restaurants, including Le Bernardin, Cafe Boulud and Daniel. After graduation, Hunter went on to work for Danny Meyer’s Union Square Hospitality before returning to Mississippi to fulfill his dream of opening a restaurant in his hometown. Hunter has formed strong relationships with Mississippi farmers and purveyors and showcases regional ingredients at his new restaurant, Elvie’s, which opened in early 2020. Inspired by his travels through Europe and memories with his grandmother in New Orleans, Elvie’s offers a modern take on classic French cuisine through the lens of Southern culinary traditions and ingredients.

Giovanni Cervantes is the proud owner of Taqueria Ramirez, a beloved Mexican eatery nestled in the heart of Greenpoint, Brooklyn, NY. Known for it’s ravenous fanbase and serving the best tacos in the city, Giovanni has created a culinary haven that captures the essence of traditional Mexican street food. Giovanni's dedication to quality and passion for his heritage are evident in every offering on the menu, earning him top-tier accolades such as a 2023 James Beard Foundation nomination, “Best 6 NYC Dishes” in 2022 by the NY Times, “Best Taqueria on the East Coast” by The Infatuation and Eater’s “38 Essential Restaurants in New York City.” Cervantes runs Taqueria Ramirez with his business and life partner Tania Apolinar.

Roscoe Hall is not only a chef, but also an accomplished artist who works in a variety of media. He was introduced to fine dining at a young age and immediately wanted to get into the kitchen. He started as a dishwasher at a small local restaurant until he landed a job as a line cook at Chez Panisse, where he trained for two years under Alice Waters. He then moved up the culinary ranks learning various cuisines at multiple restaurants in St. Louis and Portland, before heading to New York City to work under Chef David Chang at Momofuku Saam Bar. He later moved to Birmingham, AL and served as Executive Chef for Rodney Scott’s BBQ and Culinary Director for Post Office Pies.
